Information on processing your Earnest Money
We can accept your Earnest Money deposit by any of the following methods:
- Personal Check/money order/cashiers check (mail or drop off at any of our locations. )
- Wire transfer (We bank with Dogwood State Bank)
- Via your secure ClosingLock transaction portal (emailed to you directly from 24Hour Closing upon receipt of your contract)
- Via ClosingLock using the general EMD submission link (prior to receipt of contract opening)
All funds submitted via ClosingLock, whether through the general payment link or through your personal closing portal, will process the same business day or within 24 business hours. Funds submitted BEFORE 1pm EST will be received by 24Hour Closing the same business day. Funds submitted AFTER 1pm EST will be received the following business day. Please allow up to 48 business hours for confirmation of receipt.
